Adult and children tickets can be bought on the day both online and in our store.
All other tickets can only be purchased on site.
Prices 2025
A ticket for Lejre Land of Legends gives you access to Lejre Land of Legends the rest of the calendar year from the day you buy it. If you’ve already purchased a ticket for 2025 , you can use it for Christmas.
Tickets (DKK)
These tickets can be purchased online and on site.
ADULTS (12+ år): 205 DKK
CHILDREN (3-11 år): 140 DKK
TODDLERS (0-2 år): free
DOGS: free – just keep it on a leash!
OTHER TICKETS (DKK)
These tickets can only be purchased on site.
SAINT JOHN’S EVE: 75 DKK (only from 17.00 Friday June 23rd 2023)
CHRISTMAS WEEKENDS: 75 DKK
OBS: If you have a valid ticket for 2025 , you don’t need to buy an additional Christmas ticket.
STUDENT DISCOUNT: 185 DKK
The student ID must be valid on the day, you buy the ticket.
GROUPS (12 people and more): 185 DKK (adult), 130 DKK (child)
The discount applies when all group members pay at the entrance together.
FRIENDS OF LEJRE LAND OF LEGENDS: 255 DKK (adult), 150 DKK (child)
Membership automatically renews every year in the Spring. Read more about the friends association here.

Schools & institutions
ENTRY (price per child/teacher & pr. daily visit): 60 DKK
Lejre Land of Legends also provies subscriptions, which makes it easier for school children to visit us as a group several times. Read more here (OBS: Danish!): schools & institutions.
DISABILITY COMPANION: free
Disability companions are allowed entry to Lejre Land of Legends on the same ticket as the disabled guest. Therefore, you only need to buy one ticket for both of you. ou must however present a valid disability companion card in order to enter Lejre Land of Legends. Read more about disability access here.
DOGS IN LEJRE LAND OF LEGENDS: free
Dogs are welcome in Lejre Land of Legends, as long as you keep it on a leash.

Opening hours________________________ The opening hours of Lejre Land of Legends depend on the seasons. We have different opening hours, depending on which time of the year we’re in. You can read more about our opening hours here. |
Accessibility________________________ There is about 300 to 400 meters from the parking lot to the entrance of the King’s Hall. A trip through Lejre Land of Legends is like a stroll hrough the forest. There are several areas in Lejre Land of Legends inaccessible to a wheelchair, strollers or a prams. The Blue Route in our guide is the most accessible for wheelchairs, strollers and prams. The Yellow Route is not made for wheelchairs, strollers or prams. Parking________________________ It’s free to park at Lejre Land of Legends. We have 3 parking lots with over 300 parking spots. The third parking lot is hiding behind the second one we have – so even if it looks like the parking lot is full, keep on looking: there’s yet another one at the back! Read more about parking here.

Arrival________________________ All visitors to Lejre Land of Legends must pass through the store. It’s the only passageway into Lejre Land of Legends, so it will look like there’s a long queue – don’t worry though, it often looks longer than it actually is! (Especially with social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic). The queue splits inside the shop between those who have visited Lejre Land of Legends before (and have a seasonal access card) and those for whom this is the first visit. |
Download our app________________________ Lejre Land of Legends has developed an app which will help you through the landscape. Turn on your location settings and bluetooth and use it in Lejre Land of Legends where the map indicates. The app automatically translates the texts available into a wide array of languages. |
